Mentor Program… Experienced Families Needed

If you can make 1-3 phone calls/emails a month to offer support and guidance to newly diagnosed families, please contact Ginger Eichhorn at johngingereichhorn@gmail.com. A brief training session will be held late fall.

Volunteer Opportunities

We are looking for reliable volunteers to “work” the JDRF table at various Health Fairs. Contact Linda Short if you’d like to help. Metrostlouisvol2@jdrf.org

Office Volunteers are needed to work in the reception area of the JDRF office. Needed mornings or afternoons to answer phones and do other office projects. Contact Ally Klein at aklein@jdrf.org

At various events and corporate kick-offs, we are in need of Child/Tween/Teen Ambassadors. At these events, the children may be asked to be in promotional photos, speak briefly about what it’s like to live with diabetes, help hand out materials, etc. Please contact Sue Batterson for more information. sbatterson@jdrf.org
